The organizational AI transformation
How organisations build the roles, capabilities and forms of collaboration needed to make AI work in practice.
Generative AI is not only a new tool. Its introduction changes how organisations distribute expertise, coordinate work, support adoption and develop new capabilities.
My research focuses in particular on two related areas: GenAI champions, who help translate AI strategy into local practice, and collaboration in the age of AI, including how generative AI affects teamwork, learning, communication, coordination and trust.

Digital decision-making
Recommender Systems & AI Agents
How digital recommendation environments influence what people consider, choose and delegate.
Recommender systems shape online decision-making by selecting, ordering and presenting alternatives. With AI agents, these systems increasingly move from suggesting options towards interacting with users and acting on their behalf.
My research examines both conventional recommender systems and agentic interfaces. I am particularly interested in how recommendation design affects cognitive effort, autonomy, choice, decision quality, satisfaction and the broader consumer journey.
