I am Timo Mayer, an Information Systems researcher and research associate at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. My research focuses on the organizational AI transformation—including GenAI champions and collaboration in the age of AI—and on recommender systems and AI agents that shape digital decision-making.
